Helpful staff, excellent hotel, well decorated room. Perfect top location, next to Girokaster castle. Based just off the valley, the Old Town and Gjirokaster. Simply nothing too much trouble, really enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the old bazaar and all the sites that needed to be seen. Plus, it is right next to the Gjirokaster castle, offering stunning views of the valley. The service was excellent, with room service, laundry, airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance available. The room itself was well-appointed, with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We loved the cozy sitting area and the terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

Great view from the terrace, especially during breakfast time. the breakfast consisted of high quality local food and drinks that were a perfect taste bud match. the hosts were very friendly and helpful in giving directions around the charming city, which was only a short walk away from the hotel.
The room was too chilly, and we had to use extra blankets to keep us warm at night. the street leading to the hotel was difficult to navigate using a car, and we had to rely on the hosts to guide us through the maze of one-way, steep roads.

The guesthouse offers a rich menu for dinner and a delicious breakfast with many fresh drink options. the location is convenient, just a short walk away from the city center. the guesthouse provides private parking, making it easy to access by car.
Some guests may find the prices for food and drinks at this guesthouse to be too expensive in comparison to other places in the area.

Great view from the terrace and easy to access by car. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were nicely decorated and there were many fresh drink choices available. The location is close to the center and tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The mattress on the double bed was uncomfortable and clearly needs to be exchanged. The price for food and wine was not clearly communicated, leading to a surprise expense for the bottle of wine. the cost of the room, with breakfast and dinner, felt a bit steep compared to other places visited during the business trip. It was also inconvenient that only cash payments were accepted.
